this Finca was established in the fifteenth century, and is set in 95 hectares of beautiful countryside. Situated on the 63km mark on the road from Palma-Artà.

In the 19th century Son Cardaix was dedicated to the cultivation of the olive and production of oil and today of the almond tree and sheep stock breeding.

It possesses, an extensive natural park with forests of pines and oaks that allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding countryside.

Recently the finca has undergone a complete restoration, having 8 Superior suites and a one Junior suite with complete bathroom (shower and/or bathtub), central heating, satellite television and minibar, as well as a large pool surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Son Cardaix is ideally located within 10 minutes of 4 spectacular golf courses and is only 10 km from the coast of Levante with its untouched virgin coves.

Son Cardaix is situated between three small towns where you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars and street markets.
Surrondings Description "Artà"

any archaeological sites are located in the municipality of Arta giving testimony of the rich past of this region situated at 63 kilometers from Palma.
Worth visiting is a settlement known as "Ses Países" and the fortified walls sur-rounding the "Almudaina".
Once within the walls there is a sanctuary known as "Sant Salvador".
Also in town are found the Museo Arqueológico, the cloister of "Sant Francesc" (17th century) and the parish church built in 1563.
On the coast are worth visiting the "Colonia de Sant Pere", the beaches of Cala Torta, Sa Canova, Es Matzocs and Caló.
There are also some attractive to visit the caves of Artà.
