Calvià is a pioneer municipality regarding tourism. It was the first to
create an infrastructure to receive visitors and today remains the most
complete on the island. The village of Cavià is situated in the interior
lands bust includes several built up areas on the coast such as
Palmanova, Paguera, Magalluf, Santa Ponsa and El Toro. Many beaches
located on the coasts are the tourist's favourite such as Illetas,
Magalluf Portals, Palmanova, etc...
The entire coast of Calvià is heavily built and the tourist sector very
well developed. It is easy to find all sorts of shops and leisure
