Santa Maria is a
village situated in the inner lands of Majorca. It has a pronounced
rural character and is well known for the markets held on Sundays,
visited by people from all over the island, and also for the excellent
wines produced in the region under the label Denominación de Origen de
Vinos de Binissalem. There are two large wine producers in the area and
also three family business cellars, which using traditional methods
