Typical Majorcan house early XX century with swimming pool, large gardens with large lawns and Mediterranean pines.The house is in an excellent location in rural area halfway between Porto Colom (Port de Felanitx) and Vall D'Or golf course, also a few minutes drive from the village of S'Horta.

The house is distributed along of ground floor with easy access and has some entrances to the same house, is a high recommend family-friendly property and also for events.

It has various lounges, the main one is a large lounge with fireplace, courtesy toilet and around beside two bedrooms, one of them with twins beds 90 x 2.00 and the other room with double bed 150 x2.00, separate found the kitchen this is completely equipped with exit to rear yard.
Through another living room found the rest of the 4 bedrooms all doubles and distributed two of these four rooms with beds 1.50x2.00, and other two rooms with separate beds 90 x 2.00. also two bathrooms one with bathtub and other  with shower.

The exteriors are very nice with spacious garden under the impressive ancient Mediterranean pines, spacious lawn and a great building cover barbecue very well equipped with large table for the entire occupation of the house, where for sure will spend a pleasant evenings, meals outdoor... Alongside also has for little ones one 'Dollhouse' as a 'mini club'.

The rustic land of the property are spacious with fruit trees that season will enjoy their own fruit farm.

"+ Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war groß, alles vorhanden und wir waren mit unseren 5 Kinder und 2 dazugehörige Partnern dort. Der Pool war bei 35 Grad sehr willkommen und bot Platz für unsere Luftmatratzen, Einhorn und Flamingos. wir waren Ausreiten in Santanyí 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit (deutschsprachig) , haben Ausflüge nach Palma (Kathedrale und Shopping), Inca ( Markt) und Alcudia (Surfen) in knapp einer Stunde Fahrtzeit absolviert. Die drachenhöhle hat allen gefallen. Portocolom kleine Hafenstadt keine 10 Minuten entfernt und Cala d‘or Super zum shoppen und essen. Die Ruine und das Schloss bei felinixt 20 Minuten entfernt und der Sonnenuntergang in Palma und auf dem Schloss ein Gedicht. Ruine und schloss bieten einen gigantischen Ausblick 360 Grad über Mallorca. Die Gärtner und die fleißigen putzelfen waren super nett. Alles bestens und nur zu empfehlen. Leider waren wir früh da und es waren nur Zitronen reif. Wir hätten gerne Orangen probiert frisch geerntet . Wir haben uns nur gefragt was j920 am Haus bedeutet. Das Haus bot auch 2 Plätze im Schatten für unsere Autos . Und man fand immer schattige Plätze mit genug Liegen bei so viel Leuten. Immer wieder gerne - Die Zufahrtstrasse zum Grundstück von der Hauptstraße war zwar nicht steil aber mit einigen schlaglöchern ein Erlebnis. Aber kein wirkliches Problem wenn man schon in Teneriffa den Tide gefahren ist ist das entspannend da es ja keine Abgründe gibt und keine Steigung vorhanden ist bzw. Die Straße breit genug ist."

"Perfect description, very nice staff, the check in and maintenance was superb. Very nice for families, we stayed for a week and spent more than half of the time enjoying the pool and the bbq. Very quiet and cozy and near to many calas, a perfect deal for a quiet week with your familyfriends. 6 double rooms and 3 bathrooms and plenty of room to feel comfy in there."
