Holiday country house with swimming pool and panoramic views of the Serra de Tramuntana located among vineyards in the area Sencelles inside the authentic 'Es Raiguer' of Mallorca.

The House has two completely independent apartments each other: On the ground floor has, living room, kitchen and a separate living room with a large table for meetings and group meals, also a bathroom with shower. on the same ground floor it has 6 double bedrooms all with en suite. One room is functional and adaptable as double bedroom or as a social hall, space for bicycles group ... or similar.

The other house on the top floor also equipped with lounge, kitchen and three bedrooms with private bath, all three rooms with direct access to the large porch with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounding area, also it has a direct access goes directly to the terrace and swimming pool.

Outside has two swimming pools, one of them is small with shallow water and surrounded with lawn where the children for sure will have a nice playtime.!

Large porch with chill-out area overlooking the pool. Children's area with swings, ping pong table and football goal.

Just two minutes wlak on same property ref: 4323A 'Grau Petit' is a house with swimming pool and garden with lawn with two double rooms with a bathroom.

Prices for 24 persons (For 24 persons some bedrooms will remain closed):

EXTRAS (Not included in the price to be paid on arrival):

- Electricity according to consumption 0.28 € xKW

- From November to February stays of less than 1 week are accepted with an extra cleaning fee of 750€.

Note: Tourist tax to be paid on arrival.
-The pool will be closed from December to February inclusive.
- Parties and events are not allowed!

Can Grau Gran Cancellation Policy:

a) A cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged for cancellations up to 90 days before the date of arrival.

b) Between 89 and 60 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.

c) Between 59 and 30 days before the date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of the total price will be charged.

d) Between 29 days before the date of arrival or in case of Non Show, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price will be charged.

"Der Zustand der Finca war einwandfrei. Sehr sauber. Durch die Klimaanlage konnten die Räume gut beheizt werden. In jedem Raum befindet sich eine Klimaanlage. Auch die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (alles Notwendige wie z.B. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden). Die Finca bietet viele Möglichkeiten (u.a. 2 Grillplätze und Kunstrasensportplatz mit 2 Toren). Das Anwesen ist sehr weitläufig! Die Lage der Finca ist zentral. Ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Die Vermieter sind ständig ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit."

"Amazing Villa - Fabulous Holiday!! Extended family of 16 including adults & children for a fortnight. The villa was very spacious and well equipped. Decor was a good blend of traditional and modern. All well maintained and very clean. Pool was cleaned every morning before we were all up !! Owners were very discrete but popped in occasionally to gift us with fresh vegetables and figs grown on their land - lovely touch! Would revisit and highly recommend........ "

"+ This villa accommodate our whole party of 16 family members, who´s ages range from very young to very mature. The bedrooms were large and all had private en suite which was so great to have, as we all had our own privacy. The villa was immaculately clean and modern and huge, you could loose yourself inside!!! There was air conditioning in every room which was needed in August. The owners, who live next to the property, were very discreet and very friendly, bringing us in fresh fruit, vegetables and a beautiful traditional Mallorca cake. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to go back. Every member of my family throughly enjoyed staying at son vent. Planet villas were so helpful especially Sylvia who had to deal with me worrying about things before we arrived. Thank you so much Sylvia, you took the time to answer any questions I had and the villa was amazing. - We were at the villa for 2 weeks so it would have been nice to have a linen change and towels changed after 1 week, although this did not effect our enjoyment of this beautiful villa"
