"Bajoca I" is a holiday Villa located in Pollensa in a quiet rural surroundings with peaceful and privacy, at the foot of the impressive mountains around it. just beside has it neighbour "Bajoca II" another holiday Villa both twins in their home size, land plot and services, ideal for families who want to be together but each one in own house or a group of friends.

Distributed all property on same level, we find the very large living-dining room all in one stay but with different ambience, with the equipped kitchen beside to this spacious living-dining room and with direct access to side porch and along the garden and pool surrounded by lawn. It has three double rooms with two beds and one of them double bed, all equipped with air conditioning. Two bathrooms. Front to the porch and the pool is a spacious room equipped with a electric BBQ with coal-volcano where for sure will spend a pleasant evening at any time of year.

Like "Bajoca II" this two houses are both located in a privileged environment , accessed by a country lane with very few neighbours that really enjoy a certain atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity.

For golf players, only just a couple of minutes can enjoy Pollença Golf . and in Alcudia town 3,86 milles away href="http://www.golf-alcanada.com Aucanada Golf . Pollença, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and especially Formentor, with the viewpoint known as "Es Colomer" and el Cap de formentor , with 350m high limestone cliffs on this wild peninsular that creates spectacular rock formations with stunning views from the top towards the bay of Pollensa, occupies the northeast tip of the Island.

Puerto Pollensa retains its extraordinary specificity with its long promenades and wide beaches, because of that and favorable winds and water depth, has become one of the most popular for starting sailing, windsurf, Katesurf... can not be missed!.

"+ Die Lage war sehr schön, auch der Pool. Insgesamt ein schönes Haus. - Was negativ aufgefallen ist, dass einige Einrichtungsgegenstände schon sehr abgenutzt waren (z.B. Betten). Auch die Hunde des Nachbars, die jeden Abend bellen, stören die Ruhe sehr."

"+ Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Angenehmes Ambiente. Der Ort Pollenca hat uns sehr gefallen - Waschmaschine schleudert nicht richtig, Wäsche ist klatschnass, dadurch ist es mit den vorhandenen Handtüchern recht eng. Die Stühle auf der Poolterrasse sind sehr ungeeignet, da das Metall in der Sonne sehr heiss wird. Ausserdem waren zwei der Stühle schon defekt, was sehr gefährlich war. Es sind keine Sets o.ä. für diesen Tisch vorhanden. "

"“Loved the location, very private but nice to hear neighbouring families in their holiday villas. Surrounded by mountain and fields with grazing goats. Pollensa is beautiful and easy to get to. Enjoyed the bays in Casa Saint Vincen. Track to villa has some very tight corners so tricky with a large car. There are no condimentscleaning materials at all so be warned to take own washing up liquid/dish washer tablets, toilet rollls etc. Clean lovely villa we would happily stay again. ”"

"“Lovely villa, just a 5 minute drive from pollensa town with very pretty surroundings. Tricky narrow road up to the villa, not easy in a big car. Good facilities and very clean, well equipped and we enjoyed the lemons from the tree in the garden! We were slightly plagued with wasps though, eating outside was tricky. Families with small children should be aware that the shallow end of the swimming pool was too deep for our children to stand up (she 4 and 6) tricky if you don't have strong swimmers. We had a great holiday however and would recommend this villa. The agent for the villa was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a problem in the villa.”"
