Old 'Possesió' restored, with two houses, one larger Principal and the other separate right next to it, both with their characteristic and authentic Mallorcan country air of yesteryear, with their thick stone walls.

On the estate there are two properties, the main house "Lledoner 3" is a typical Majorcan country house distributed on one floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen open to the living room with dining area, two double bedrooms, with double bed and with bathroom en suite. Outside there is a furnished porch and a Balinese bed.

This main house is also inhabited by the owners in a part of it and they do not share the swimming pool.

The other smaller house ref: 4438A "Es Lledoner 2" is a rural house distributed on one floor, consisting of a living room, kitchen open to the living room with dining room, three bedrooms, one with double bed and bathroom en suite, the other two one with double bed with canopy, and the third room with a bed.

Both houses are separated by the typical traditional Mallorcan 'dry walled' stone-wall.

The two houses have a furnished porch, and share the garden areas, where there is a large 10x5 pool surrounded by a solarium terrace with sunbeds and parasols, a covered barbecue with a childrens' area right next to it, as well as a children's area with swings, a ping pong table, and a woodland area. Outside there is covered parking for 4 cars and an outdoor area for another 4 cars.

Both houses are equipped with Internet Wifi, TV SAT, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, board games, heating (extra cost), etc.
Mobile barbecues x2 and barbecue works x1. Hammocks x10.

Ideal for families of friends who want to have privacy and at the same time enjoy evenings together. They can be rented together or separately. The swimming pool is for the private use of the clients of ses dos casas.

The beach of Porto Colom is only 15 minutes away by car approximately.

"Lledoner is a wonderful place that is only sourrounded by fields of olive trees near Felanitx. The house is perfectly clean and thoroughly equipped with lovely furnitures all over the place. There is a huge Mercator and Erasco in Campos to shop everything that you'll need for your perfect vacation. You will have everything for just wasting your time at a perfect place. However, if you feel like making a trip to Palma, it is just a 30 minutes car ride. We will definitely come back."

"“We (me and my husband and 2 small children) spent amazing 8 days at this place. The house and surroundings are just perfect. It is a relaxing environment with a lot of outdoor spaces to enjoy. We loved having breakfast outside overlooking the olive trees and listening to the birds singing. The pool area is very nice and spacious and there are very confortable relax-beds in the garden. Our children also enjoyed the garden and the pool a lot. Inside, the house is clean and nicely decorated and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious! The location is also very convinient and you get to most places in the island quite quickly. The hosts and owners of the finca are also lovely. Our flight was delayed and they came and met us after midnight to settle us in and brought some breakfast for us to have the next day. We also enjoyed eating the freshly picked fruit from the garden! Definitly a place that we want to come back to!! Lina and Fer”"

There is table tennis and table football as well as the pool and grassy area. You will definitely need a car to get around as very rural but Felanitx not far for all shopping needs” "
